Helpers Holdings proudly completed the Greenade Malabe project, delivering premium timber interiors for this modern residential development in Sri Lanka. Executed between December 3 and December 26, 2023, the project followed a “Unique Design” service approach, tailored specifically for the client, Michael Doe, combining style, durability, and functionality.

The project encompassed a wide range of custom wooden solutions, including doors, sliding and laminated doors, fire-rated and engineered doors, windows, pantry cupboards, flooring, roofing, and hand rails. Each element was carefully designed and installed to enhance the property’s aesthetics while ensuring long-lasting durability. The interiors reflect a modern design concept, balancing contemporary trends with timeless wooden elegance.

All timber used in the project was treated Sri Lankan hardwood, including mahogany, teak, and jack wood, chosen for their strength, durability, and natural beauty. Each wood type was seasoned and treated to provide termite protection, moisture resistance, and long-term performance, ensuring that the interiors remain elegant and functional for years.

The Unique Design service focused on customizing every wooden element to match the architectural style of the residence. From sleek modern doors to functional pantry cupboards and elegant hand rails, Helpers Holdings ensured that every detail contributed to a cohesive and stylish interior.
